Love the story, its movement like wild water, the story coming together slowly, by the keys of the typewriter making impressions of letters forming words on a paper. Raven observing and nodding and cawing in approval.

Thank you Marika! Charles is based loosely on my great grandfather so I think that made it easier for me to bring that character to life. Julie is a great connector šŸ˜Š

I absolutely loved it, Tania. I think it could definitely be a novel, the characters fleshed out, maybe more conversations illuminating their pasts and differences. I love the way you interspersed your favorite quotes from the greats into your story, too. Keep on writing, this is just a sample, we want more!
